•    1st Arrondissement: This is one of the most expensive residential districts in the city. However, if you can afford it this would be the most amazing place to live because you would be right next to the famous museums and palaces of Paris such as the Louvre, Orangerie and the Palais-Royal.
•    3rd Arrondissement: This district would be the perfect place to live for the art lover, as it is home to some of the finest museums in the city including the Musee Picasso and the Museum of Jewish Culture. It contains part of Le Marais district which is famous for its artsy boutiques, excellent nightlife, and cute cafes.
•    9th Arrondissement: If you enjoy shopping, this might be the place for you to buy real estate in France. It is home to the Boulevard Haussmann which contains many large department stores. You can also enjoy the buzzing nightlife of the nearby Montmartre district.
•    11th Arrondissement: This is the most popular district in Paris to buy property for young single people and couples, as there are a huge number of hip bars, clubs, cafes and shops in this district.
•    16th Arrondissement: This affluent district is a very family oriented place to own property in France. It contains the largest park in Paris, the Bois de Boulogne which is actually twice the size of Central Park. There are also a number of cultural attractions including the Guimet Museum of Asian Art and the Marmottan Museum.
