Detached Country House
A well modernised detached ex-farmhouse situated in a rural hamlet. The main roof was re-tiled about 12 years ago.
The windows and patio door are UPVC but we retained the original front door and small side kitchen window which has secondary glazing.
The downstairs comprises a large open plan lounge, kitchen and diner. The wet room is off this large room and easily accessed from the garden via the patio doors which lead to a small covered verandah and the garden.
The upstairs is reached by a staircase in the centre of the room and leads to 1 large bedroom and bathroom to the right and 2 smaller bedrooms on the left.
It has 3 small barns adjoined to the main property which is we use for storage of logs for the log burner. We have architect drawings that would need to accompany any application that was made, to convert the barns to living accommodation. There are 2 separate sheds and a garage for 1 vehicle. There are plenty of other parking spaces within the property.
The garden is approx 600 sq.m and is enclosed but accessible from the side gate. There are established shrubs and trees within the garden.
