This lovely cottage is very well equipped and has everything you need, including English TV, but retains a really French atmosphere, with a huge kitchen and comfy bedrooms.

It is located high above the lovely River Vincou with wonderful views of the old Church in Bellac and is within walking distance of the lovely riverside cafe and park. Bellac has a number of large supermarkets and some wonderful patisseries. The centre is within walking distance although there are some fairly steep hills, so it is good that it is easy, and free, to park close to the shops and cafes.

This terraced cottage was built about 1900 and has a floor space of 224 sq.m. The views from the property look out over the countryside and it comprises of a salon with a fireplace and a kitchen with dining area. There are 3 bedrooms that can sleep 7 people comfortably and 3 bathrooms.

The property has a garden with a well and it is possible to garage a vehicle and to park outside in the one way street. There is town gas central heating, electricity and main drainage. A satellite dish is also installed for “Freesat” programmes and we are in the process of having a land line and broadband installed.
